Deep Fishing Cast Spend Planner

Early Strength, then luck in far water, then Auto Sell when volume is the bottleneck.

Deep Fishing Cast Planner

This is a practical spend-order for Deep Fishing. It is not a JavaScript widget, not a damage calculator, and not a drop-rate toy. You read the step that matches your rod, you buy that thing, you go back to the pier. The game loop has not changed since the 18 July 2026 launch: hold-and-release cast, multi-fish haul, sell, Strength for distance, farther water for rarer fish. The planner exists because the shop will try to sell you luck before you have meters.

Parent hub: tools. Ranking logic: upgrade tier list and gamepass tier list. Coin route: how to make coins. Motion: how to cast farther. If you skip those pages and only follow the numbered order below, you will still be ahead of a player who bought Ultra Lucky on a starter rod.

Live Robux prices sit on the gamepass tier list. We do not invent species. We do not invent a tenth pass. The nine launch gamepasses are Lucky, Super Lucky, Ultra Lucky, VIP, More Mutations, Double XP, Double Coins, Fish Magnet, and Auto Sell. Strength is a coin upgrade, not a pass, and it is still first for free-to-play players and spenders.

Step 0: Confirm the session

You are in the official LazyGames place, on an online server that holds up to twelve players, and you can hold a cast instead of tapping. If any of that is false, stop. Open getting started and controls. Like, favorite, and join for group rewards. There were no confirmed codes in September 2026, so this planner does not start with a redeem box.

Step 1: Early Strength (do this longer than you want)

Sell Commons. Buy Strength. Repeat. Keep the first Legendary, the first Mythical, the first Secret, and the first Mutation for badges. Everything else is fuel.

You stay on this step until farther water is obvious. Not until the shop looks pretty. Not until a luck pass is on sale in your head. Farther water is the rarity gate. Strength is the only upgrade that moves that gate. A strong rod with a lazy tap still fails, which is why you keep practicing the hold-release on the cast farther guide while you buy the bar.

Free-to-play rule: if the question is Strength versus anything else, the answer is Strength. Spender rule: same answer, except Double Coins is allowed as a way to feed this step faster. Double Coins is not a replacement for the step.

Step 2: When luck is worth it

Luck is worth it when your bait already lands in the rings where Legendary, Mythical, and Secret can appear, and you are still seeing too many Commons for the time you spend. Then the luck ladder is Lucky, then Super Lucky, then Ultra Lucky. Buy the highest tier you actually intend to use. Do not stack three panic purchases.

Luck is not worth it when:

  • Casts still die near the pier.
  • You have not seen First Legendary.
  • You are broke on coins and the Strength bar is sitting there.
  • You think luck will spawn a named species this wiki refuses to invent.

If you are hunting First Secret, luck is a helper after distance, not a skip. Pair it with inventory discipline from the rarity list and the rare fish guide. Turn Auto Sell off during that hunt even if you already own the pass.

More Mutations is a different step. It is worth it when First Mutation or variant collecting is the goal. It does not replace luck and it does not replace Strength. Double XP is worth it when an XP gate is real. VIP is last, on live extras we will not invent.

Step 3: When Auto Sell pays off

Auto Sell pays off when three things are true at once:

  1. Multi-fish casts fill the inventory faster than you like clicking sell.
  2. First Legendary, First Mythical, First Secret, and First Mutation are done, or you are willing to miss a variant.
  3. You are pushing catch-count badges (10K and up) and coin-funded Strength at the same time.

Auto Sell does not pay off in the first hour. It does not pay off during a Secret hunt. It does not pay off if you cannot recognize a mutation. It is a volume tool, the same family as Fish Magnet. Magnet helps pickups on busy twelve-player servers and long throws. Auto Sell helps the vendor. Neither one adds meters.

If you already bought Auto Sell too early, the planner’s advice is a toggle, not a refund speech. Turn it off for badge hunts. Turn it on for Common dumps. That toggle is the skill.

Step 4: Fish Magnet, then stop shopping

Add Fish Magnet when you are losing fish at the end of a long cast or in a full lobby. Then stop. Go play. The incremental loop is the content. A planner that never sends you back to the water is a bad planner.

Recycle the order whenever you feel stuck:

  1. Strength (coins) until water is farther.
  2. Double Coins only if you are spending and you want the Strength step faster.
  3. Luck in far water, one tier, for named ranks.
  4. More Mutations if variants are the goal.
  5. Fish Magnet if pickups fail.
  6. Auto Sell if selling is the bottleneck and first-catch badges are safe.
  7. Double XP, then VIP, only for their live jobs.

Worked examples (no fake numbers)

New account, zero passes. Hold, release, sell Commons, buy Strength. Ignore the Roblox shop. Claim group gifts. Stay here until First Legendary. That is a complete plan.

Free-to-play with First Legendary done. Keep buying Strength. Think about Auto Sell only when 1,000+ catches make the vendor annoying. Luck remains optional. Secret remains a far-water event.

Spender with a short rod. Buy Strength with coins anyway. If you must spend Robux, Double Coins before Ultra Lucky. Luck in near water is a more expensive Common farm. Re-read the gamepass list if that sentence makes you angry; it is still true.

Spender in far water, hunting Secret. Strength still gets leftover coins. Highest luck tier you want. Auto Sell off. Magnet on if pickups drop. Patience. No invented pond.

Catch-count grind toward 50K / 100K. Auto Sell on. Magnet on if needed. Luck optional. Strength still gets coins so the work is not near-water noise. This is where Auto Sell actually pays off.

What to do after the planner

Go to the pier. If the next confusion is a weird-looking fish, open rarity. If the next confusion is a shop row, open gamepasses. If the next confusion is a badge, open the badge list. If the next confusion is a script ad, open safety and close the executor. This page will still be here the next time the shop tries to skip Step 1.

The tools hub is the parent. The tier list hub is the opinion that matches this order. Launch rules from launch notes have not expired: twelve players, free to play, hold-release, Strength first. Follow the steps, then ignore the planner until the shop gets loud again.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Deep Fishing questions.

What should I buy first according to the cast planner?

Strength, with coins from selling fish. Follow how to make coins and keep buying distance until farther water is obvious.

When is luck worth buying?

After your casts already reach the rings where Legendary, Mythical, and Secret can appear. Then pick one luck tier. Details sit on the gamepass rankings.

When does Auto Sell pay off?

When multi-fish casts make selling the bottleneck and first-catch badges are safe. It is a volume tool, not an early-game power spike.

Is this planner a live calculator?

No. It is a text spend-order. There is no widget and no invented drop percentages. The upgrade list is the matching ranking.

Do I still need to learn the hold-release?

Yes. A short tap wastes Strength. Practice on how to cast farther while you follow this order.
