Deep Fishing Badge Tracker
Every confirmed Deep Fishing badge and what it implies for Strength, rarity, and volume.
Deep Fishing ships a small, readable badge set. This page lists every confirmed trophy and what it implies for progression. We do not invent extra badges, hidden titles, or species that the live game has not named. If a badge is not in this list, it is not on this wiki yet.
The set splits in two. First-catch badges prove you reached a named rarity or a mutation. Catch-count badges prove you kept playing the loop. Welcome is the door. First Secret is the rare spike. 500K Catches is the long grind. Read this page as a timeline, then spend according to the upgrade tier list and the rarity list. Parent hub: updates. Snapshot of the systems: launch notes.
Welcome
Welcome is the join badge. It means you loaded Deep Fishing. It does not mean you can cast far. Claim it, then go hold-and-release. The getting started guide and controls are the next clicks. Like, favorite, and join LazyGames for the listed group rewards while you are still in the menus.
First Legendary
First Legendary is the first named-rank trophy. It implies your rod has left a purely Common economy at least once. You can get unlucky, but the reliable path is Strength plus a real hold-release into farther water. Keep the first Legendary until the badge pops, then sell extras for coins. This is the proof-of-distance badge, not the endgame badge.
If you are stuck here, do not buy Ultra Lucky as a panic button. Raise Strength. Practice the release. Read how to catch rare fish only after the bait is actually traveling.
First Mythical
First Mythical sits above Legendary. It implies you are living in better rings, not visiting them by accident. Keep the first one. After the badge, Mythical fish become a coin spike and a reason to keep buying Strength instead of parking. Luck passes start to make sense after this trophy, not before it. See the gamepass rankings for Lucky / Super Lucky / Ultra Lucky versus Double Coins.
First Secret (rare)
First Secret is marked rare for a reason. Secret is the top named rarity. This badge implies a far-water session, patience, and inventory discipline. Turn Auto Sell off. Read labels. Do not dump a haul because the lobby is noisy. Twelve-player servers do not change the rank; they only change how easy it is to miss a pickup, which is why Fish Magnet is a volume tool rather than a Secret tool.
You will not get a Secret species name from this wiki. You will get the instruction: farther water, then luck, then attention. The cast farther guide is still the skill page even at this trophy.
First Mutation
First Mutation is a separate trophy because mutations are a modifier, not a fifth rank. A mutated Common can unlock this badge. A mutated Secret is a different conversation. Hunt the method on how to get mutations. More Mutations is the pass that leans into this badge; luck is the pass that leans into named rarities. Do not confuse the two shops.
Turn Auto Sell off until First Mutation is done if you cannot recognize a variant at a glance. After the badge, you can vendor mutated Commons again unless you are collecting on purpose.
Catch-count badges: 50, 250, 1,000, 10K, 50K, 100K, 250K, 500K
These eight trophies count fish, not ranks. A Common fills the counter the same way a Secret does. That is the point. They imply volume, which implies selling, which implies Strength, which implies farther water as a side effect.
- 50 Catches — you learned the loop.
- 250 Catches — Strength should already be a habit.
- 1,000 Catches — Auto Sell starts to look attractive if you are only vendoring Commons.
- 10K Catches — this is a session-planning badge. Use the cast planner and the coin guide.
- 50K / 100K Catches — volume tools (Fish Magnet, Auto Sell) earn their keep. Luck is still optional.
- 250K / 500K Catches — the long grind. The incremental loop is the content. There is no unpublished skip.
Catch-count badges do not require VIP. They do not require a code. There were no confirmed codes in September 2026. They require time on twelve-player servers, a sell button you understand, and Strength that keeps the work from feeling like near-water noise.
What the set implies as a whole
Read the badges left to right and you get the intended career. Welcome, then a Legendary proof, then a Mythical proof, then a rare Secret, with a mutation trophy that can happen whenever a variant appears. In parallel, the catch counter climbs from 50 to 500K and funds the Strength bar that makes the named ranks possible.
Free-to-play players can finish this list. Spenders can finish it faster if they buy Double Coins and far-water luck, but they cannot buy the 500K trophy in the shop. Auto Sell helps the counter; it can hurt First Secret. That tension is the only badge strategy this wiki needs.
When a new badge appears in the live Roblox list, it will be added here. Until then, do not chase a fan-made tenth trophy. Play the launch set. Check the tier list hub when a haul looks important. Check launch notes if you forgot what day the pier opened. 18 July 2026 is still the start date, and these badges are still the scoreboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Deep Fishing questions.
What badges does Deep Fishing have?
Welcome; First Legendary; First Mythical; First Secret (rare); First Mutation; and catch-count trophies at 50, 250, 1,000, 10K, 50K, 100K, 250K, and 500K.
What does First Secret imply?
You reached the top named rarity. Turn Auto Sell off, hunt in farther water, and follow how to catch rare fish. The badge is rare on purpose.
Do catch-count badges require Legendary fish?
No. Any catch fills 50 through 500K. Those trophies measure volume. Named-rank trophies measure distance and luck in the right water.
Should I use Auto Sell while badge hunting?
Not for First Legendary, First Mythical, First Secret, or First Mutation. Auto Sell is for Common-heavy catch-count grinds after those firsts are done.
Does First Mutation mean I caught a Secret?
No. A mutation modifies whatever rank you landed, including Commons. See how to get mutations and the rarity list.
